Mcw one Terms & Conditions – Membership, Betting & Payment Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the mcw one website (mcwone.com) and all its services. By registering on mcw one or using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms. Please read them carefully before you start using the platform.

This agreement is a legally binding document between mcw one and the member. In the event of any dispute, mcw one's interpretation shall be final. mcw one reserves the right to amend or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through the platform.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled within the relevant legal framework.

The following requirements must be met to register on mcw one:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
• All information provided must be complete, accurate, and truthful
• Each individual may open only one account
• Opening an account in someone else's name or using another person's details is strictly prohibited
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number

After registration, mcw one may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Members may be required to submit a copy of their national ID or passport along with any other relevant documents. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

If any information provided at registration changes, please notify mcw one Support promptly. Members are solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Mcw one supports all popular mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. Relevant details for deposits and withdrawals are provided below:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will not be processed until all bonus turnover requirements have been met.

All betting activities on mcw one are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet in any market is ৳50
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits per market vary depending on the event and market type
• Bet Confirmation: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for all related bets will be refunded
• Odds Changes: mcw one reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted

Some bets in live betting may be rejected due to network latency. mcw one will not be held liable in such cases. mcw one reserves the right to restrict bet acceptance for any individual member.

Betting outcomes on mcw one are determined based on data from internationally recognised data providers. In the event of any dispute, the official result will be considered final.

All bonuses and promotional offers on mcw one are subject to specific terms. Each offer has its own turnover requirements, validity period, and restrictions, which are clearly stated in the respective offer details.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; turnover requirements must be met first
• A member may not use the same promotion more than once
• Mcw one may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time
• If bonus abuse is suspected, mcw one may void the bonus and suspend the account
• Voucher codes are single-use only and must be redeemed within the specified validity period

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw one:

• Operating Multiple Accounts or Using a Third-Party Account
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Exploiting Platform Vulnerabilities or Bugs
• Match-fixing or manipulation to gain bonus advantages
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Unauthorised Access to Another Member's Account or Hacking
• Harassing or Threatening mcw one Staff or Employees

If any of the above activities are proven, mcw one will immediately suspend the account in question, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Mcw one reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity
• In the case of extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• In the case of a member's self-exclusion request

To recover your account, contact support@mcwone.com. mcw one will reinstate accounts where there is a valid reason to do so; however, accounts closed due to fraud are generally not eligible for recovery.

Mcw one places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. Any data we collect is used solely for the purposes of providing services, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

Mcw one does not sell members' personal data to third parties. However, information may be disclosed in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Mcw one accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection
• Faults or errors in the member's own device or software
• Delays or Errors by Third-Party Payment Providers
• Account Credential Theft Due to Member Negligence
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors

For any dispute, please contact the mcw one customer support team first. They will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If unresolved, further legal action may be pursued.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between mcw one and the member, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
